Question by : Which is the better R-value in insulation?
True or False: R-11 batt insulation has a better R-value and insulates better than R-11 rolled insulation?

    R stands for Resistances both are rated at 11 …

    False – they both have the same R- value so one does not insulate better than the other if exposed to the same situation. With fiberglass insulation two things lower the R value (1) compression and (2) moisture
