Question by destinymac_2: My 2000 Ford Expedition will not blow Air/Heat through front Dash Vents. It will blow through the Defrosters?
My 2000 Ford Expedition will not blow Air/Heat through front Dash Vents. It will blow through the Defrosters and Floor. Its like floor panel and defrost won’t change positions. It blows High/Med/Lo and hot to cold with no issues, It just won’t blow out of the front vents. I have already replaced the Dash selector switch and the lower Acuator to no avail. Any help or suggestions would make my Hot summer a little Cooler. Thank you all in advance for your help.

    Blend door is either stuck or malfunctioning. Could be vacuum leak as well.
